The platform is an infrastructure that has Interactor Engine deployed and integrated into their product and services.

Platform ID is assigned to each licensed deployment and is globally unique.

Platform's roles and responsibilities may include

• Deploying Interactor Engine and making it available for their developers and users
• Making select services available for their users to use in their custom automation
• Defining platform variables for the deployment and for each service
