Security setting​

Most third-party services require user security such as OAuth, API Key, or HTTP based authentication.

For example, Google Gmail requires below three information. Security information is available from the Gmail developer portal

  • Pubsub topic name
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

By default, interactor registered authentication information is used where available. Which means, the connector will work without you entering the security information.

But for better security and custom branding during user authentication, it is advised to use your own security information.
